On Wednesday May 11th, moms from around Central Florida gathered at The Center for Health and Well-Being in Winter Park to celebrate motherhood and to be spoiled with goodies and treats from local and national vendors during out 7th Annual Bloom event.

With the theme of the night being a “celebration of motherhood” and the theme of the week being “women’s health” and the theme month being “mental health”, we felt that it was important to talk to moms about the importance of filling up our cups.
