Join 4Roots’ Culinary Health Institute along with Dr. Anupama Saigal, MD a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist at AdventHealth Medical Group in Winter Park, Florida and a local chef/registered dietitian for an evening dedicated to nourishing healthy families and strengthening family connection.

Enjoy a live culinary demonstration and observe how ingredients are transformed into a three-course tasting menu created around family togetherness and connection.  Guests will also receive valuable insights on ways to support their family’s overall health and wellbeing.
