Amanda Vargo, LMHC, RYT is a licensed therapist in Oviedo, FL providing in person and virtual therapy to teens and women. Amanda specializes in anxiety, stress, maternal mental health and infertility/perinatal loss. Amanda has been in private practice since 2017 and prides herself on offering a compassionate, safe space for individuals on their journey to healing and wellness.

Amanda is trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International as well as Perinatal Loss and Grief. In addition, Amanda has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training, prenatal yoga teacher training and is a Certified Kids Yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga.
