Located in Winter Park, Legacy Fitness is the hometown, family-friendly, neighborhood gym you’ve been looking for. Owned and operated by a momma of three, it has all the amenities you’d find at a larger gym: treadmills, stationary bikes, a mat area, weight machines and free weights. What sets it apart are the boxing ring and the variety of classes they offer including boxing, kickboxing, TRX suspension training and their newest class, Body 360 and Power Yoga.
Their rates are very reasonable: the first class is free and after that itβs $15/class for a drop-in rate. Most clients take advantage of the $59/month for unlimited classes and use of the gym during open hours. You can also take advantage of $5 Fridays, when each class is only $5.
Legacy Fitness is giving away a month of unlimited classes ($59 value!) to one of our lucky Orlando Moms Blog readers! Enter now below through Thursday, Jan. 23. Winner will be notified by email.
And, if you donβt win the giveaway, Legacy Fitness is offering to waive the $99 enrollment fee for all Orlando Moms Blog readers who sign up for the unlimited monthly membership! No reservation is required and all fitness levels are welcome.

Definitely a partner. However schedules make it hard sometimes.
I definitely prefer to have a workout buddy. I feel it keeps me going.
I like both. It’s always more fun to have a partner but sometimes running solo with your thoughts is good too!
Working out with a partner holds me accountable…and gets in some girl time too π
I enjoy working out with someone most of the time. Sometimes it’s nice to have a hard about me workout as well.
I enjoy working out by myself I tend to maintain focus when solo π
Both. A partner can motivate you and push you to do better but sometimes solo is needed for the soul!
