MacroBaby, located near the Florida Mall, is a one-of-a-kind retail experience for babies and little ones. Founded by a dad, who was dissatisfied with larger baby stores and the lack of knowledge shown by store associates, the Orlando store opened in 2010 as a test market store for a new retail baby concept.
The idea behind the store is to combine style, high-end products, and superior customer service and knowledge. Carrying brands in-store such as Quinny, Peg Perego, Stokke, UppaBaby, plus all the brands moms know and trust such as Dr. Brown’s, Avent, Boon, etc. MacroBaby more than exceeds expectations. Typically these higher end brands are only available online, and for items such as carseats, strollers, and high chairs, it can be a little scary to purchase unseen!
With customer service being a company-wide priority, it’s no surprise that each guest is welcomed by an employee when they enter the store. If they are a new customer, they are treated to a tour of the store. If you have questions, MacroBaby’s employees are prepared to answer them and make product recommendation — they will even demonstrate products!
MacroBaby provides additional unique services to guests, including 3D/4D ultrasounds performed in-store at very competitive prices.
