The first step is to download the Free FamilyWize Prescription Discount Card or App. Then choose between four local charities: United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties, United Way of Lake and Sumter Counties, Heart of Florida United Way, or Mental Health Association of Central Florida. The charity with the most votes will receive a $10,000 donation from FamilyWize! Additionally, those who voted for the winning charity will be entered into a drawing to win $1,000! The deadline to enter is June 16, so start sharing with friends and family to increase your odds of winning!
