What’s that spell? SUMMER!!!
Today we are featuring Kissimmee Summer Cheer Camp, a week long, full–day cheer camp program that will introduce basic cheer techniques, including motions, jumps, cheers and chants, while emphasizing teamwork, good sportsmanship and physical fitness. Not only do they provide the basic skills for cheer, but older, more advanced girls will be taught at a higher skill level and will include basic tumbling and stunting.
Other activities include arts & crafts each day, a water day where students bring their bathing suits and get wet, walking field trips (library, ice cream shop), sports and recreational activities, and more. The week will end with a parent performance and party to celebrate the girl’s achievements.
It makes you want to be a kid again, right?!
Participants should wear loose fitting clothing such as a t–shirt and shorts, as well as sneakers or tennis shoes (no jeans, flip-flops or sandals). Each participant is required to bring a filled water bottle, sunscreen, hat and lunch. Water refills and juice will be provided throughout the day, as well as a snack. For more information and registration instructions please call 407-439-5437 or email [email protected].
