While my days of strollers at Walt Disney World are behind me, I spent a lot of time in the parks with a little in a stroller. Learn from my mistakes and make sure your stroller is theme park ready! Here is our list of stroller must haves at Walt Disney World:

First up, is the stroller itself…

Personally, our small, foldable and cheap stroller was my FAVORITE one to use in the parks. Why? It’s easy to get on and off the monorail or boat because of its size and ability to fold down. Plus it is light weight, making it easy to maneuver around the parks. The popular design will make it imperative that you have something to distinguish your stroller from the others – I suggest writing your name on the seat, wrapping the handles in a color tape, purchasing or making a sign for the back of the stroller or buying a Disney balloon in the parks to mark your stroller apart from the others.

Other items you will want in/around your stroller:
  • Carabiners will also come in handy to attach bags (or your popcorn bucket) to your stroller when you park it for rides.
  • A stroller fan will help keep your littles safe from the Florida heat! Your littles not utilizing a stroller will also appreciate their own fans! Don’t forget extra batteries for these guys – nothing would be worse than a dead fan battery!
  • You also will not regret having a rain cover… because the Central Florida 2pm rain shower is no joke.
  • Along the lines of the rain cover, you may want a sun shade for your stroller to keep littles cool and to help keep your stroller from heating up when it’s parked.
  • An AirTag will help give you peace of mind that your stroller remains where you want it to be. **Be advised that Cast Members will move your stroller as others are taken back by families to make access for new families to park. If you cannot find your stroller, look for the nearby Cast Member and they’ll help you located a moved stroller.**
Items you will want to be sure are in your diaper bag for littles in strollers:
