As a small business owner, creating “work/life balance” has always been a challenge. After going through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coaching Program, I finally realized that I was doing it all wrong. Balance does not exist. It’s INTEGRATION. I was forcing something that didn’t fit. Once I realized that the two needed to work together to create harmony, everything changed in my life and my small business.
What is Wellness Society
Wellness Society Coaching was founded in 2019 in an effort to help moms in business prosper and flourish in BOTH their personal life and work life.
As an Integrative Wellness Coach/Consultant, I offer coaching and programs that support foundational wellness and promote life-enhancing transformations through a purposeful approach to lifestyle and business for mompreneurs.
I firmly believe in bio-individuality and I help my clients find their unique personal formula to achieve their wellness goals in all areas of life and business.
I am a mom of 4, a certified Lifeโs Purpose Coach, Institute for Integrative Nutrition Wellness Consultant, certified Social Entrepreneurship/Small Business Coach, marketing maven with 20 years of business development and marketing experience and a group coaching and workshop facilitator. I also ran a non profit for 6 years and I am a tech start up founder- I developed a tech platform to prevent pediatric vehicular heatstroke. I love all things marketing and I own Orlando Mom Collective.
I get wellness and how it affects personal life and business.
How does Wellness Society work
As a mompreneur, I understand how hard it is to create work / life balance, so I work with my clients on integrating the two together.
My role as an Integrative Wellness Consultant is to:
โข understand the whole person and their personal and/or business needs
โข address the areas within which they want to integrate balance and fuel growth in their lives and business
โข educate the client on how to take back control of their own wellness through an integrative approach that uses foundational wellness as the basis for balance (the 8 dimensions of wellness)
โข and to use my specific skill set to fill the gap that exists between mind, body and soul AND how nutrition, purpose & wellbeing and personal care/toxin exposure affect our overall health, which in turn affects EVERY area of life
The difference between me and a traditional wellness/business coach is that I focus on foundational wellness {relationships, social giving, spirituality, purpose & wellbeing, nutrition} AND I work with my clients on HOW to use wellness as a lifestyle to fuel personal and business growth.
What Wellness Society does for moms

BE ON PURPOSE, IN EVERY AREA OF LIFE!

I also teach workshops on:
- Kids & Cars Safety
- Lifeโs Purpose
- Profit through Purpose- business growth
- Vision Boards and Word of the Year
