On Thursday October 27th, women from around Central Florida gathered at Let’s Meet at the Table in East Orlando to put themselves first. These women gathered to learn about prioritizing their health and to be spoiled with goodies and treats from local and national vendors during our Women’s Wellness event.

The speakers that we had at Women’s Wellness: Prioritizing Our Health were absolutely amazing!

With the theme of the night being a “women’s wellness” (and it just so happened to also be ​National Mentoring Day) and the theme of the month being “Breast Cancer Awareness”, we felt that it was crucial to talk to moms about the importance of taking care of themselves.
