If you have been around for a while, you know that I love everything that Kay writes. We read of my favorite books of her’s, Paint Me Perfect, in book club this March and the release of her super popular, Camera Shy, was released around the time as our Real Mom Summer campaign with a local boudoir photography studio. I have long said that Joel Lewis from Rewrite the Rules was my favorite MMC of hers and that Sing Your Secrets was my favorite book… well she dethroned both of those last month with her newest release.
All of Kay’s books are free to read in Kindle Unlimited, and Camera Shy is currently included in Prime Reading.
Set in the same world as Camera Shy, Snapshot is the story of Dex and Lennox and their road to a happily ever after.
Snapshot Summary:
Dex and Lennox have been friends since he moved to Vegas three years ago. They both have been fighting stronger feelings for the other since the moment they became friends, but Dex’s reasons for why he wants to keep some distance between him and Lennox all lays in the life he left behind in Miami. Dex is set to take over his family’s multibillion dollar company and when his grandmother passes unexpectedly, it moves up that timeline. The only catch? Grandma left everything to Dex’s wife… and he isn’t married. So Dex and Lennox come to an agreement to fake a marriage so that he can keep control of the company his grandfather built from the ground up. But along the way, grandma’s real motivations come to light and Dex has to face the ultimate question: Is love worth risking it all?
