Thrilling

  • A Petrified Forest: Societies in Shadows Central Florida premier scare trails in Altamonte Springs is open select nights October 3 to November 2, 2024.
  • Fear Reach Scream Park open September 27 to October 31, 2024
  • Peghorn Park (2101 Peghorn Way) in St. Cloud is hosting “Trail of Terror” from 8 – 11PM on October 18 & 19, 25 & 26,  a haunted trail – ripped from the silver screen – if you dare. This event is not recommended for young children. Online ticket sales close at 5p.m. the day of the event. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the entrance.
  • Harry P. Leu Gardens will host Haunting Nights from September 27 – October 31, 2024. It is an artful, elevated Halloween event, brought to life by Creative City Project, and features thrilling surprises (recommended for guests 13 and older only.) This is an immersive event with jump scares and encounters with several characters throughout the journey. It will definitely provide a heightened level of thrill!
  • The Tech-Wood Terror is taking place October  18, 19, 25 & 26 (Friday & Saturday both weekends) from 8 – 11pm. Hidden in plain sight lies the remains of an abandoned research facility, known as the Tech-Wood Institute. This institute was once at the forefront of AI development and nature integration. If you have never heard of that, well – that is because it has been banned and as a result, this type of research remains relatively unknown. Legend has it that the scientists were experimenting with combining artificial intelligence and genetic engineering to create a new form of life. As you might imagine, this research was widely criticized and discounted as junk science. One stormy night, an experiment went terribly wrong, leading to the closure of the facility. Since then, mysterious occurrences and sightings of an unknown creatures have been reported in the surrounding woods.
  • Dr Grimley’s Haunted Trail is also coming to Orlando this Halloween season select days starting September 28 through November 2. This year we’ve expanded to 2 themed trails where we’ll prey upon your deepest phobias with horrific scares designed to unsettle and disorient. Double the trails… double the terror… double the value.
  • For Halloween fun all year long, The Bureau features Possession at Haddon Heights, a paranormal themed escape room that forces guests to confront an evil entity at an abandoned school. This is MY FAVORITE escape room in Central Florida!
  • Check out Date Night at Merrill Park on October 25th, Merrill Park, 985 Merrill Park Drive, Altamonte Springs, 8 – 10PM, Join us for a Halloween-themed date night like no other! Head to Merrill Park for a spooky movie night under the stars. Bring a date or gather your friends for a screening of “The Blair Witch Project,” the iconic supernatural film. Follow the eerie tale of three student filmmakers who venture into the Black Hills of Maryland in 1994 to document the legend of the Blair Witch. Don’t miss this chance to immerse yourself in the suspense and thrills.  Food and drinks available for purchase. Admission is free. Patrons must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A Night of Terror at the Clermont Haunted House on October 18th from 1 – 10PM.
  • Scream-A-Geddon Horror Park – Experience the ultimate horror at Screamageddon. Get ready for heart-pounding scares, thrilling attractions, and a night you’ll never forget! Open from 7PM – 1AM!
  • Haunting on Emerald Cut at King’s Landing is a guided paddle ride through spooky mist and into the unknown.

Drinks & Food

  • Teatro Martini is hosting its annual Halloween Revue from throughout October. This Vegas-inspired adult dinner show will feature lyrical pole dancers, comedians, magicians, jugglers and limited-edition themed cocktails throughout the season.
  • On October 26 you can experience The Halloween Pub Crawl in downtown Orlando with killer-drink specials and a chance for guests to show off their hauntingly best costumes. If you know you want to have a great Halloweekend, make sure you grab a few friends and come down to this bar crawl. We have added some of the top bars and top promoters to help get the word out on this insane nightlife event.   • The only Halloween-themed bar, Cocktails & Screams in Downtown Orlando will have live music and an extensive list of creative cocktails.
  • Monster Milk Way Bites and Bar Crawl in the Milk District on October 11 from 6 – 10PM. Get Ready for the Halloween Edition of our Milky Way! Gather your crew and unleash your inner monster for a spooktacular night out! Experience the thrills of The Milk District as you ride, cycle, or walk through the neighborhood, discovering the local ghoulish drink and bite specials at each stop!

Shows

  • 13 Films of Halloween at Enzian Theater is back! Enzian’s 13+ Films and Cocktails are back with a vengeance! This year’s lineup is better than ever, with 17 of the spookiest, scariest, and most fun films we could find. There’s spine-chilling excitement for all ages, including our Kid’s Halloween Party, Eden Bar Halloween Party, and the resurrection of Wednesday Night Pitcher Shows! Tickets for all shows are available now! All cocktails are available at Eden Bar starting October 1.
  • From September 20 to November 10, Renaissance Theatre Company will present the return of “Nosferatu” at the Ren. The re-vamped, 90-minute adults-only horror experience offers an entirely new concept from last year’s event, where each patron has a unique experience as the cast of 32 vampires lead the audience into hidden corners of the building playing out engaging scenarios. Later in the evening, “VBar”, the elevated Vampire-nightclub, opens its doors to guests (separate admission is required).
  • Vampires, ghastly revenants, and banshees come to life in Phantasmagoria XIV: “Tales of the Undead”. For three nights only, October 10 – 12, at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, you can experience the original tales of the critically acclaimed Victorian Horror Troupe “PHANTASMAGORIA” and the haunting stories of world-famous authors including Edgar Allen Poe, H.G. Wells, Penny Dreadfuls and more.

Drive Thru Experience

  • In it’s third year, the haunted Halloween drive-thru Scream n’ Stream Drive-Thru Halloween Experience is featuring seven horrifying zones to drive through complete with monsters, music, lighting and special effects Friday through Sunday from October 6 to 29.

Just for Fun

  • Spooky Book Fair hosted by Spellbound Books on October 13 from 12 – 4PM. Shop spooky books and merch, drink specials from Tuffy’s. Thriller, horror, dark romance, Paranormal authors and vendors. At Tuffy’s Music Box & Lounge – 200 Myrtle Ave, Sanford, FL.
  • Wekiva Island will host its annual Halloween bash from 7 – 11PM October 26.

    Attendees will have the chance to win more than $2,500 in cash and prizes. The contest is for those 21+. In addition to the chance to win, guests can enjoy plenty of spooky riverside vibes, drink specials and live music from Jeff Howell. Each year, the costume contest draws incredible entries because of the great prizes. They include:
