Halloween Blackberry Shake

This Blackberry Shake hits the spot and is super fun to make too! I am loving Hlth Code protein powder because not only is it creamy and tasty but it is low sugar too! This is huge for me as I am on a mission to lower my sugar intake! Win-win!!

Recipe makes 2 servings

Halloween Blackberry Shake Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup (144g) fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 Scoops (80g) HLTH Code Chocolate Macadamia
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp (5g) maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp (10g) hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) tahini
  • 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1 Tsp activated charcoal (optional – this just helps make it darker)
  • 1 Cup ice cubes

Topping (optional):

Instructions: 

  1. Add all shake ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. For the topping, whisk together all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour the shake into glasses, add topping (if desired), and serve immediately.
