In a world where women are still underrepresented in leadership roles, Women’s Public Leadership Network (WPLN) is breaking barriers and building pathways to public service and Empowering Women in Public Leadership. WPLN is dedicated to educating, organizing, and inspiring women to seek public office and become effective leaders at all levels of government. WPLN is more than just a typical training organization; it’s a movement to ensure that women’s voices are heard in the decision-making spaces that shape our communities and our nation.

This June, WPLN is bringing its Fourth Annual National Summit to Orlando, offering women a unique opportunity to gain insights, develop skills, and connect with like-minded leaders from across the country. The #WPLNSummit will take place from June 5-7, 2025, at the luxurious JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa, a stunning venue near Walt Disney World that blends professional networking with family-friendly accommodations, including free childcare and entertainment options. Register today to secure your spot!

Who is WPLN?

WPLN is not your typical women’s organization. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to see more women at decision-making tables. Unlike many political organizations, WPLN focuses on preparing women to be public servants rather than politicians and effective policy makers rather than activists. WPLN is about common sense leadership that prioritizes solutions over partisanship.

Women remain underrepresented in public office at every level — from school boards to the U.S. Congress. WPLN believes that to create policies that truly reflect the needs of communities, we need a diverse range of voices at the table. Through free online resources, access to expert practitioners, and a strong community of women leaders, WPLN is making political leadership more accessible and empowering women to step up and lead.

Why Attend the 2025 WPLN National Summit?

WPLN’s National Summit is a one-of-a-kind gathering where aspiring and current women leaders can gain practical knowledge, build critical skills, and connect with mentors and peers who are shaping the future of public service.

WPLN hosts its Summit at varying locations every year — previous spots include New Orleans, San Diego, and Denver. This year, WPLN is excited to bring our event to Orlando, Florida!
