Orlando Mom Collective is excited to announce our 4th Annual Women’s Wellness Event presented by AdventHealth for Women

Women’s Wellness: Prioritizing Our Health; an event for women, by women.

This health + wellness focused event will inform and empower women to take responsibility and prioritize their health.

Guests will receive encouragement from local vendors and our speaker panel. This year’s topic is: Understanding Our Bodies as We Age

  • Perimenopause and Menopause
  • Physical Fitness & Biohacking
  • Pelvic Floor Health for women of all ages
  • Mental Health & Mindfulness
  • Self-Compassion and Confidence

Women will enjoy sips & snacks, swag bags, and the opportunity to ask AdventHealth Health Navigators and our speakers questions, in a q+a space presented by AdventHealth for Women.

In addition to encouraging women to understand their health options, identify services, resources, and products that best help them prevent poor health, we will be learning how to put our health first.
