I made a decision this new year that I am going to focus on five things for my health. While the new year always brings “changes”, I know that I can implement new health strategies any time of year. BUT, with a renewed focus on elevating my life, I am really focusing on these five areas to help me level up this year!
A lot of the areas that I am focusing on are areas that I already have done a ton of work in. But, as life would have it, I fall off in certain areas over time. As I always say, “Life has been life-ing!”
Feeling refreshed and renewed for the new year, I am confident that by really paying attention to these key areas in my life that, I will get the results that I want!
So here are the 5 things that I am doing for my health:
Being Intentional + Consistent
- thinking about the way I respond and react
- breathing exercises when I am stressed
- giving love everyday to my husband, even on the hard days
- using targeted supplements for women
Focusing on gut health
- taking my gut health colostrum and probiotics daily, I love this routine so much!
- having a healthy alternative for busy baseball nights like ButcherBox
- balancing my hormones through food and supplements like Balance of Nature
- not drinking alcohol, I have been ZERO alcohol since 10/4/24
Hitting my activity goals
- morning sunlight walks
- goal 7K-10K steps a day
- weight lifting and HIIT 3 times a week with WE Fit Training
- yoga and stretching 2 times a week
Personal Growth
- reading new books and my tried and true annual repeats
- adding more sustainable items to my wardrobe like Hadobody

- sauna 5 times a week in my sauna blanket
- daily lymphatic draining with my vibration plate
This may seem like a lot, but wellness is a lifestyle and I have already been doing some of this for years. Intention and consistency are key!
