Mama, mark your calendar. Brick or Treat is officially returning to LEGOLAND® Florida Resort for 2026 — and this year, they went BIG.
The fan-favorite family-friendly Halloween event runs on select dates from September 5 through October 31, 2026, and it’s included with general admission AND annual passes (👏 hallelujah). But the big headline for 2026? LEGOLAND is debuting an all-new immersive walkthrough called Brick or Treat Street — a full LEGO® Monster neighborhood where families trick-or-treat door-to-door through six life-sized LEGO Monster homes.
If you have young kiddos who are just entering the Halloween-costume, trick-or-treat, “everything is magical” era of childhood — this is the event of the season for Central Florida families.
Let me break it all down.

The Big News: Brick or Treat Street
Here’s where LEGOLAND leveled up this year. Brick or Treat Street is a brand-new immersive walkthrough experience featuring six life-sized LEGO Monster homes inspired by fan-favorite LEGO® Minifigures. Kids don’t just trick-or-treat — they walk INTO an entire Halloween neighborhood where every door has a story.
Meet the residents of Mischief Town:
🧙♀️ Wacky Witch’s Cottage — Her magical spells have gone delightfully wrong! Ring the doorbell, hunt for runaway frogs, and discover colorful potion mishaps.
🐺 Wolf Guy’s Cabin — Something strange is happening inside! Knock on the door, witness his hilarious full-moon transformation, and let out your biggest howl.
🕷️ Spider Lady’s Castle — She may be away, but her creepy-crawly companions are still home. Reach through mysterious doors and see if you’re brave enough to meet her furry friends.
🏺 Mummy’s Throne Room — Wake the mighty Mummy…if you dare! Knock on the ancient throne room door and awaken a dramatic curse with an unexpected twist.
🌿 Plant Monster’s Greenhouse — Giant vines stir, spores fill the air, and hungry plants react as curious explorers wander a little too close.
🌾 Scarecrow’s Barn — Help the friendly Scarecrow prove he can scare away his cheeky feathered friend. Strike your funniest pose and shout your loudest scare.
Each house is interactive. Each house gives your kid something to DO, not just walk past. And each house ends with a photo op / candy / brick moment that keeps the “we’re actually inside a Halloween movie” vibe going all the way through.
Brian Bacica, President of LEGOLAND Florida Resort, put it well: “We’ve turned a classic Halloween tradition into a playful neighborhood with candy, surprises and magical moments families will remember long after the season ends.”
And That’s Just the Beginning
Brick or Treat Street is the headline, but the whole park transforms for the season. Families can also enjoy:
✨ Potion Mischief Light Trail — Once the sun goes down, walk through an enchanting nighttime trail illuminated with colorful projections, glowing effects, and interactive potion-making moments. Peak nighttime magic.
👻 Monster Meet & Greets — Meet favorite LEGO Monster characters throughout Mischief Town for photo ops, silly interactions, and the kind of memories your kid will remember for years.
🎭 Live entertainment and shows — High-energy performances and Halloween-themed shows all day long.
🧱 Hands-on LEGO® building activities — Seasonal build stations designed for kids and families to enjoy together (screen-free win!).
🎬 The Great Monster Chase 4D Movie — Join an action-packed Halloween adventure with LEGO Monsters and surprising 4D special effects.
🚁 Monster Skytacular Drone Show — On select Saturday evenings, hundreds of illuminated drones light up the night sky with LEGO Monster-inspired scenes, synchronized music, and dazzling effects. If you go one time this fall, GO ON A SATURDAY.

Why LEGOLAND Halloween Works Especially Well for Central Florida Families
A few honest reasons Brick or Treat is my personal recommendation for Central Florida families with younger kiddos:
1. It’s genuinely age-appropriate. Brick or Treat is designed for younger kids. Not too scary. Not too intense. No jump-scare actors, no gore, no over-the-top Halloween horror. Just magical, playful, family-friendly fun with LEGO Monsters who are more silly than spooky. If you’ve been avoiding other Central Florida Halloween events because they’re too much for your littles — this is where you go.
2. It’s INCLUDED with regular admission. No extra hard ticket fee. No premium upcharge. Your regular park pass covers all of it — trick-or-treat, drone show, Light Trail, LEGO builds, everything.
3. It’s a Certified Autism Center (CAC). LEGOLAND Florida is one of the only major theme parks with this designation, meaning trained staff, sensory guides, and inclusive features for guests with sensory and developmental differences. For any mama who has held back from Halloween events because they overwhelm your child — please know this space has been designed with your family in mind.
4. It’s 45 minutes from Orlando. No flight. No hotel required (unless you want one). Easy day trip if that’s what your fall calendar allows.
5. It stacks beautifully across the whole season. With dates spanning September into Halloween week, you can pick a low-crowd Sunday in September or go all-in on Halloween weekend. Options for every family schedule.
Orlando Mom Pro Tips Before You Go
- Pick a weekday date if you can. Sept and early October weekdays = smaller crowds, more time to enjoy the houses without rushing.
- Wear the costume. Kids get to be in costume all day, and it makes the experience feel like MAGIC.
- Go on a Saturday for the drone show. Monster Skytacular happens on select Saturdays only — check the calendar and plan accordingly.
- Bring a bag for the loot. Trick-or-treating means candy. Pack accordingly.
- Bring the sunscreen even in September. Read our Sun Protection guide — Florida sun in September is no joke.
- Consider the hotel bundle if you’re driving from farther. With 25% off Sun–Thu packages, the ultimate Halloween sleepover might be the move.
- If you’re already planning to hit LEGO Festival 2026 (July 20 – Aug 16), Brick or Treat picks up just a couple weeks later. LEGOLAND is basically ushering our families straight from summer into fall.
- Bring noise-canceling headphones for kids with sensory needs — the daytime energy is joyful but can be a lot, especially near live entertainment.
A Final Word From One Orlando Mom to Another
Halloween is such a magical season for kids. And Brick or Treat is one of those events that ends up as a core childhood memory — the year we walked into the Wacky Witch’s Cottage, the year we howled at the door of Wolf Guy’s Cabin, the year we watched the drone show light up the whole night sky.
If you have littles who are just old enough to trick-or-treat but not old enough for scary — this event was BUILT for your family.
Save the dates. Book the day. Wear the costume. Bring the camera. Let them collect the candy and the memories.
